Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We don’t take returns, so please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Digital contents and downloadable products are exempt from being refunded.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Digital contents and downloadable products are exempt from being refunded.


If you need a refund, send us an email at marohjul{at}gmail.com with photos and details to explain the situation. We won’t take responsibility for the carrier’s wrongs or mistakes. But, based on the evidence you will bring, if your item is defective or damaged regardless of the good care of the carrier, then we will send you a confirmation of refund via email.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at marohjul{at}gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Digital contents and downloadable products are exempt from being exchanged. 

If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at marohjul{at}gmail.com with photos and details to explain the situation. We won’t take responsibility for the carrier’s wrongs or mistakes. But, based on the evidence you will bring, if your item is defective or damaged regardless of the good care of the carrier, then we will send you the same item for free a second time, within 30 days.

This exchange policy is only valid once.

Changing your mind

As long as your purchase hasn’t been shipped, you can modify it. Within this time frame only, if you change your mind, if you made a mistake, if you wish to exchange an item for another, or have a full refund, you can email us at marohjul{at}gmail.com and let us know about your situation.

If your purchase hasn’t been sent yet and you wish to add another item of the same format in order to save the shipping costs, let us know in the instruction note of your second paiement and we will place the items together, and refund half of the shipping costs to your credit card or original method of payment. This applies only for items being similar.

As soon as you receive an email confirming that your purchase has been shipped, none of these options remain valid.
